Think About the Tremendous Power of Words

By Remez Sasson

Think about the tremendous power of words:

  • Do you keep telling yourself how difficult life is? If you do, you will always see difficulties everywhere.
  • Do you keep telling yourself how poor you are? If you do, your subconscious mind will always be busy justifying these thoughts.

Change the words and sentences you use, and you will get different results. The way you phrase a sentence will always affect the results, and some results could be quite dramatic.

This applies to words you repeat in your mind, words you say aloud, and words you read.

Different words affect people and differently and cause different reactions. This applies to work interviews, dating, advertising, relationships, conversations and every sort of communication.

Affirmations and Weight Loss

By Melonie Dodaro

How quickly you can resolve a resistant issue depends on the issue, how deeply held the belief is, and how determined you are to bring about change in that area of your life. The latter is perhaps the most important of all. The more determined and prepared you are, the quicker those changes will come. Some people make significant changes in their beliefs right away, while others struggle for years. Once you’re prepared to embrace and accept a change that you believe to be right for you, that change will begin to happen.

One way to overcome embedded behavior and deep resistance is through the use of positive daily affirmations., short positive statements targeted at a specific subconscious set of beliefs.Click to Continue Reading the Article…

Tips for Affirmations and Visualization

By Remez Sasson

I have recently been asked a few questions about affirmations and visualization. Since the answers to those questions could be of interest, and I hope of value, for everyone, I would like to share them with you.

Tips for Affirmations and Visualization

1. It is not necessary to repeat affirmations all the time. You need to choose a few affirmations, and repeat any one of them for a few minutes, several times a day. They are more effective at night, before falling asleep, and in the morning, upon waking up. Furthermore, repeat them at various times of the day, when you have the time, but you need to repeat them with interest, feeling, and love. While affirming, you need to be feel confident that what you are saying is true. When you have contrary thoughts, don’t listen to them, just keep affirming with complete faith that what you are affirming is already true.

It is also important to be aware of the opportunities that come your way, and use them when they come. Furthermore, listen to your intuition – those gut feelings, and to the ideas your subconscious mind sends you, and do something about them. Opportunities and ideas will come, but you have to take action when they come, and don’t just await for miracles to happen with no action on your part.

2. Put feelings, desire and faith into your affirmations and visualization.

Affirmations to Improve Your Life

By Gary Simpson

An affirmation is a positive assertion, a solemn declaration, a way to change your way of thinking.

An affirmation is a positive assertion, a solemn declaration, a way to change your way of thinking. You can use affirmations to improve performance and results in all areas of your life. The “positive action” self-talk of specific affirmations is beneficial to achieving desired outcomes.

Affirmations can implant your sub-conscious mind with a framework for achieving success. They should be read with emotion, preferably out loud, and with great desire and meaning. The secret to affirmations is to read them as though you are already in possession of that which you are seeking.

Affirmations should be read every day without fail, preferably as soon as possible on rising in the morning and always just prior to retiring in the evening. During the day try to read your affirmations as often as you can.
