We often have difficulty thinking in abstract ideas. We dream in full-color movie clips! Visualization is a process that we use, even if we don’t know we’re doing it; it’s just how we naturally think. If you think about losing weight, you don’t think in terms of fat cells shriveling up or healthy foods being digested better by your body. You imagine how it would look and feel to be at your ideal weight—what new clothes you might wear or what kind of compliments you might receive.

It’s important to understand how visualization and the law of attraction work in harmony, because they function whether you know it or not, or even want them to. The law of attraction states that you will attract more of whatever you are thinking about repeatedly, whether you are mulling around or grumbling to yourself; that’s visualizing—which invokes the law of attraction.

10 Ways to Manifest Your Dreams

1. Keep the END in mind. Ask yourself, what specific quality of life will the object of my desire bring to me? Why do I want this? Will it bring more Love, Harmony, Joy, Peace, Wisdom or Prosperity? Once you identify your real goal, do your best to assimilate that quality without the object and you will be deliberating achieving a vibrational harmony with the object you desired in the first place. When you acquire vibrational harmony or magnetic sameness with your desire, the object of your desire or something better HAS to come into your life, for it is the Law!

2. IDENTIFY what you want. The number one rule to Manifesting your Dreams is to “keep your eye on the ball.” The Universe does not process negatives – only energy. Therefore the question to ponder is what do you want? The question is NOT “what do I not want” except to identify more of what you DO want.

3. EXPECT your dreams to come true. Expectation propels your desire and opens the runway for your dreams to land quickly, easily and gently. Additionally, with expectation as your fire, you will be less likely to run out of “desire fuel”!

4. IMAGINE it in the now. Imagine how it FEELS to have what you desire RIGHT NOW! Abraham through Jerry and Esther Hicks says, “Your point of attraction is now.” Therefore, whatever you are feeling and focused upon right now is what you are in vibrational harmony with and are attracting into your life.

Attracting what?

You have attracted many things into your life, so far were they by accident or did you consciously choose to attract them.

Looking at what you have attracted in your life can show you signs of your ability to manifest your reality.

Often when most people speak of vibration when applying the law of attraction they think of positive thinking. The understanding of Positive thinking to most people is that ‘if you think positive thoughts, then you will attract positive things’. Although this is true, this understanding is still limited and does not explain an even more phenomenal effect of positive thoughts and vibration.

We are energy beings and everything in the universe is energy. How high or low the energy is within something determines it vibration. Each thought has a frequency. Negative, self denigrating thoughts and thoughts of fear have a low vibratory frequency; and you feel it because you become weakened by those lower thoughts. However positive thoughts have a higher vibratory frequency and you feel expanded when you think higher more self affirming thoughts.

Every time we engage in positive thoughts we raise our own vibration to higher more effective levels.

For the sake of explanation let’s imagine a clear plastic bag filled with water. That plastic bag will symbolise all of us as human beings. Every single time that bag encounters an attack or bump a small whole is created in the bag and water is released. Let’s imagine that bump is an emotional wound to a person or something tragic which has created doubt, frustration or fear. Every time something happens another whole is created in that plastic bag and more water leaks out.

That water which leaks out symbolises the energy leak which happens every time someone engages in negative self defeating thoughts. They empty themselves out of vital energy and become deflated like the plastic bag.

The Power of Faith and Belief

“The power of faith and belief is real power. Believing that you can attain your goal is of great importance for its achievement. Without faith, there will be doubts and disbelief, which lead to non-doing and to non-achievement. Faith draws and attracts what you want into your life, whereas doubts, worries and disbelief push them away.

If you read about the lives of people who have achieved success, you would discover that faith played a major role in their life. They believed they can achieve their goals and had no doubts about it. They visualized their goal as already achieved, as already a fact, and this is what you also need to do.”

The Power of Faith and Belief can change your life!

The faith and belief I am talking about is not the faith of religion, but faith in yourself, in your ability to achieve goals, faith that thoughts can turn into things, faith in your vision, and faith in the power that created and is creating and recreating the world, within which you exist.

Faith in this sense equals belief and certainty that you can achieve your goal. This kind of belief and faith strengthen the motivation to act and do things, and helps you maintain the positive attitude necessary for success.
