		<description>Concentration means paying attention to wht you are doing. It means doing something, and at the same time focusing your attention on it, and not thinking of other things. It doesn&#039;t mean doing only one thing all the time, every day. This is not possible and unpractical. But it means what you do, you do with focus and attention.</description>

		<description>Concentration is one of those things that (rather frustratingly) seems to become more and more difficult the harder you actively try to focus on achieving it.

I suggest an approach of relaxing and trying to clear your mind of other distractions, rather than forcing yourself to focus on one thing.</description>
