Create Your Own Movie and Win the Oscar

Win the Oscar

Millions of people all over the world watched the 2013 85th Oscar Academy Awards.

Ben Affleck won the Oscar for the best movie, ‘Argo’.

Daniel Day-Lewis won the Oscar for Best Actor for ‘Lincoln.’

Jennifer Lawrence won the Oscar for best actress for ‘Silver Linings Playbook.’

The Oscar awards ceremony is a glamorous show where you see the rich and famous in your own living room (only on the screen, of course). For a little while, you forget your day-to-day life and touch fame, wealth, and glamour.

You, too, can win the Oscar. You, too, can walk on the red carpet.

Well, not the actual Oscar awarded to the movie stars in Los Angeles, but your own Oscar, your reward for achieving your own success.

Creating Your Own Movie and Winning Your Oscar

I am not talking about becoming an actor, director, or producer in your real life. I am talking about becoming the writer, the producer, the director, and the main actor in the movie of your life.

I am talking about creating a movie in your mind, in your imagination, of the life you want to live. There is no limit to what you can create in your mind.

Visualize yourself as being happy and wealthy. Visualize yourself driving the car you have always wanted, or imagine yourself on a plane or ship, traveling to foreign countries.

In your imagination, see yourself in love. Visualize having friends. Visualize anything or any situation you want.

Create a great mental movie, and then win your own Oscar, your reward for making your mental movie come true in your life.

I am talking about creative visualization, or as it became known a few years ago, the law of attraction. This subject was brought to the public’s attention by the book and the movie, ‘The Secret,’ and before that, by Shakti Gawain.

You might have read book “The Secret” or seen the movie, but it seems that not everyone could, or knew how to use the information. This information brought inspiration to a lot of people, but not everyone could use the information. In order to use it and get results, you need more than information. You need the “how to”.

People used creative visualization, albeit unconsciously, for thousands of years.

Prehistoric people painted pictures of hunting scenes in caves, to help them in their hunting. Modern businessmen and businesswomen visualize what they want to achieve, and then combine the power of the imagination with action to do and achieve things.

In my article on creative visualization, I wrote:
“Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the imagination to make dreams and goals come true. Used in the right way, creative visualization can improve your life and attract to you success and prosperity. It is a power that can alter your environment and circumstances, cause events to happen, and attract money, possessions, work, people and love into your life.”

In another article about creative visualization, I have posted a few concise guidelines for using this power.

Ben Affleck, Daniel Day-Lewis, Jennifer Lawrence, and other actors and actresses won their own Oscar. By acting and directing your own mental movie, you turn your movie into reality, and therefore, win your own Oscar – the joy, satisfaction and fulfillment of living your dream.

Write Your Life’s Movie

In my movie… sorry, my book, Manifest and Achieve, I have gathered all the requirements for putting creative visualization – the law of attraction, into action. Unlike many other books, I have focused on the practical side, the essential “how to”, with clear instructions to make the process work for you.

You can become the writer, the producer, the director, and the main actor of your own movie. You can create your own movie, first in your mind and imagination, and then in the external world. Your reward, your Oscar, would be the joy of turning your mental movie into reality, and actually living in it and enjoying it.

It might look tough. You might lack motivation, and you might tend to procrastinate. However, if you start small, one step at a time, it would be easier to create your own movie, and you will enjoy the process.

The first stop for creating your own movie in real life is to learn how to use visualization and imagination to create success. This has been fully explained in the book Visualize and Achieve Your Dreams.
