When talking about spiritual experiences, words sometimes only point the direction and give the general idea.

To make the above sentence clearer, I have changed it to read: &quot;Regular meditation, and a true understanding and realization that the real you is beyond the mind and the body, can in time make this inner experience as the constant and regular state of consciousness.&quot;</description>

May I make these two observations.
1.	 It is true that the daily mental barrage tends to make meditation a ready antidote but it does not need to be. True realization-bliss-enlightenment or whatever word you care to use for what you so aptly said was the Real You can be realized in any instant.
2.	I wonder about the position of “above” referred to. The mind and body are certainly subservient to the Real You but as for location that could make for a very interesting discussion.</description>
