It is said that no one can describe truthfully what things are really what they are without experiencing them in depth, i.e without getting into the essence which constitutes the finest elements of all things (the living and non living). However, one may ask, about the nature of the mind and its function in being able to live a relative world yet can rest in the Absolute. The answer lies in the fact that "The reality of duality is Unity". It is a beautiful expression of a meditation state which reflects Sri Chinmoy’s deep consciousness.
