There are almost more than 400 people who travel with these tours for a majority of the time during the grand music festival. These people work for the entire time without complaining and stopping. They get up at 6 am every morning to set up lightings, stages, vendor booths or prepare food.

Production engineers play essential role in organizing the entire event. It is a huge challenge to organize such a huge event and make the bands perform efficiently.
Every tour has to have a medical personnel or first aid personnel. These people are always on their toes to help injured people or recover them from fever or rehydrate them.
During these huge tours, many vendors take their chance to put up stalls for CDs, T-shirts or souvenirs. These vendors stand in their stalls for the whole day to make their product sale. Thus, these are also the unsung heroes.
Apart from the vendors, every tour has their own accompanying cook who has to prepare food for almost 400 people every day twice! For us it sounds nearly impossible, but the caterers have made it possible. During the entire tour, they cook foods for the participants anytime they want.
There are also the bus drivers who do a marvelous job of driving on a stretch when everyone else is sleeping peacefully.
