Affirmations for Attracting Money

Affirmations for Money

Affirmations can help you focus your mind on money, motivate and inspire you to act and do something about having more money. They also help you become more aware of opportunities to make money.

The problem is that most people want money, but they:

  • Don’t feel they deserve money.
  • Don’t really believe they can make more money.
  • Are afraid to take the necessary steps to make more money.
  • Have low self-esteem.
  • Think negative thoughts that don’t let money come in.
  • Focus on their current financial condition, instead of focusing on how they want their financial condition to be.

Affirmations can help you attract money into your life. Affirmations combined with planning and action can work better and faster.

The real magic of affirmations is not repeating meaningless words, but repeating them in such a way that they motivate you to do things, inspire you, and open your eyes to see opportunities.

For affirmations to work, you need to affirm with faith and with the belief that what you are saying is already true. Just repeating the words with no faith and with no belief and waiting for miracles is not enough.

Feel the truth of the affirmation when repeating it. Let it inspire and motivate you. Keep an open mind and take advantage of opportunities that might pop up, and which can make the affirmation come true.

Affirmations are a great tool, but you need to back them up with positive action, persistence, and the willingness to pass through the doors that open for you.

Waking Up in the Morning in Time to Go to School

Are your children able to wake up early in the morning to go to school on time?

Often, during the summer holidays, children go to sleep quite late. Nowadays, children watch TV and play on their computers until the late hours of the night, and sometimes even later. Parents of teenagers often feel helpless, when their children turn the night into their day, and their day into their night. They go to sleep late and wake up late.

Now that the summer holidays are ending and the school year is beginning, children will need to wake up earlier. How are you going to deal with this? Some planning is required, as well as some degree of discipline and firmness.

Now is the time to start limiting the time for watching TV and playing on the computer. You, as a parent, have to draw limits and tell your children to switch off the TV and the computer at hours that you decide about.

It would be a good idea if the hours of going to sleep and waking up were changed gradually and not abruptly. Each day your child should go to sleep a little earlier and wake up a little earlier. If you send your child to sleep several hours earlier than he or she became used to, they will fight you and not accept this. They will also find it difficult to fall asleep. This is more so with teenagers.

Inner Peace Brings Inner Joy

Are you afraid of inner peace? This might seem a strange question, but since few really know what inner peace is, and people fear the unknown, this is not a strange question at all.

Do you think that if you attain inner peace your life would become boring, especially if you love thrill and action? No, your life won’t become boring!

Inner peace is not a passive condition, and does not require non-action and no activity. You can live a life full of activity, interact with people, have fun, travel, work, and do things, while at the same time experiencing inner peace. True inner peace is not dependent on external conditions or situations, and is a healthy and much desired condition. Actually, inner peace will fill your life with inner joy and happiness.

What is inner peace?

It is a state of mental and emotional calmness and equanimity, in which the incessant chatter of the mind stops or almost stops. When the mind gets quiet, a great sense of happiness arises, independent of external conditions. You don’t experience inner peace only while meditating or in condition of trance, but while you are fully awake and active. Actually, your five senses and mind become even sharper.

Some people don’t believe that this state can be attained. How do they know? Have they tried?

Why be afraid of inner peace? You don’t have to live in an ashram or in a cave. You can go on living your life, but with a new and different inner condition and attitude.

You can learn to live within inner peace here and now, even if there is much noise and activity in your life. Are you willing to make the necessary effort?

The Power of Faith and Belief

“The power of faith and belief is real power. Believing that you can attain your goal is of great importance for its achievement. Without faith, there will be doubts and disbelief, which lead to non-doing and to non-achievement. Faith draws and attracts what you want into your life, whereas doubts, worries and disbelief push them away.

If you read about the lives of people who have achieved success, you would discover that faith played a major role in their life. They believed they can achieve their goals and had no doubts about it. They visualized their goal as already achieved, as already a fact, and this is what you also need to do.”

The above excerpt is from the book Visualize and Achieve

The Power of Faith and Belief can change your life!

The faith and belief I am talking about is not the faith of religion, but faith in yourself, in your ability to achieve goals, faith that thoughts can turn into things, faith in your vision, and faith in the power that created and is creating and recreating the world, within which you exist.

Faith in this sense equals belief and certainty that you can achieve your goal. This kind of belief and faith strengthen the motivation to act and do things, and helps you maintain the positive attitude necessary for success.

Take Time To Do Things You Enjoy Doing

Make a list of things you enjoy doing. This can be any simple activity, which you love doing, and that can be done in your daily life. Put in the list at least ten items, and then do something from this list every day. From time to time, as you discover more things that you like doing, add them to this list.

Some examples could be:

  • Taking a walk
  • Conversing with a friend that you like
  • Preparing a special dish
  • Eating a special meal
  • Reading a book
  • Taking a short nap at noon
  • Going to the movies
  • Meditation
  • Going to a lecture about a subject that you like
  • Eating out
  • Shopping
  • Painting
  • Playing with your kids
  • Walking on the beach
  • Swimming

The News Diet

– How many times a day, do you watch the news on TV?

– How many times a day, do you listen to the news on the radio?

– How much time do you spend reading the newspapers everyday?

– Are you a news addict?

– Do you really need to stuff your mind with so many details every day?

– Do you need all the strain, stress and fears caused by watching the news?

– Will you be able to change events and the world by listening to the news?

There are many people who feel the need to watch, listen, read and discuss the news, important matters and also trivial matters. This habit makes it difficult to control the mind and weakens the ability to concentrate. This habit also prevents you from experiencing inner peace, since your mind constantly buzzes with details of the news, and because the news makes you stressed strained, anxious and often unhappy.

I am not suggesting that you stop being interested in what is going in the world. I am not suggesting that you close your eyes and your mind. Living in the world, you need to know what is going on in the world, but you can limit the time you spend watching, listening or reading the news, by exercising a “news diet”.
