Pasta Sauce Is Stronger than Steel

A few days ago I have prepared my own recipe of pasta sauce, and when I finished cooking it, removed it from the electric cooker and I put a lid on it, to keep it warm, because I had to go and bring my wife from the train station.

I went to change clothes, and then, just before leaving, I wanted to open the lid, but couldn’t, because the lid fit the pan so perfectly, not allowing the steam to escape, which prevented the lid from being opened.

The thoughts you think most often create your reality.

For every external effect there is an inner cause: Your thoughts. In other words, the conditions and circumstances of your life are as a result of your thoughts and beliefs. How can you utilize this law of nature? By being conscious of your thoughts, avoiding the negative and pursuing the positive, and also by using the laws of creative visualization, or using today’s term for this not new technique, the law of attraction.

Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the powers of the mind and the imagination to create what we want in our life. With the help of this technique we can shape our life, character and circumstances, and attract opportunities, people and the things we desire.

This technique is similar to daydreaming. In both of them we create imaginary mental scenarios of events and situations, just like a movie, but with the difference that with creative visualization we use certain rules and techniques that enable us to create these mental scenarios and events as reality in our life. Through this techniques your thoughts can create your reality.

The thoughts we most often think create the circumstances and events of our life. When you become familiar with the mental laws of success, and learn how to visualize what you really want, you will then be able to improve your life and create success. You become the conscious creator of your life.

Learn How to Say No

I am in the middle of several projects

  • Let people know when you have accepted other responsibilities
  • No need to make excuses if you don’t have any free time
  • No one will fault you for having already filled your plate

I am not comfortable with that

  • You might be uncomfortable with any of a number of issues
  • The people involved, the type of work, the morale implications, etc.
  • This is a very respectful way to avoid a sticky situation

I am not taking on any new responsibilities

  • You aren’t saying that you will never help out again
  • Lust that you feel your schedule is as full as you would like now
  • Understanding your limits is a talent to be expected

I am not the most qualified person for the job

  • If you don’t feel that you have adequate skills, that’s okay
  • It’s better to admit your limitations up front
  • The best way to avoid feeling overwhelmed down the road

I do not enjoy that kind of work

  • Life isn’t about drudgery — if you don’t enjoy it, why do it?
  • Don’t be afraid to let someone know you just don’t want to
  • Someone else is bound to enjoy the work you don’t
