People often wonder how to be positive in their thoughts and actions, especially when they are unhappy and unsatisfied, or when life is difficult and tough. They even find it hard to be positive when things go well. Most of them don’t know how to be positive and what they need to do. Like every other subject, the know-how of how to be positive can be learned and the skill developed. It is all a matter of attitude and thinking, both of which can be changed.
If we keeping thinking the same thoughts, they will eventually tend to manifest in our world. This means that if we desire good results we have to be careful of what we think. We have to stay and think positive.
Begin by becoming aware of your thoughts, and exchanging your negative thoughts with positive ones. Substitute negativity for being positive, thoughts about poverty with thoughts about wealth, ignorance with understanding, disharmony with harmony and lack of freedom with freedom. Start saying, “I can”, “I am able” and “it is possible”.

I believe that positive thinking is hugely underestimated by the average individual. the reason I think is that society has become so jaded over the years that any sort of spiritual or personal enlightenment is either scoffed at or thought of as “too out there”. you have to have some sort of solid belief system, some faith in a greater power that will allow your mind to accept the power we possess. and one of the greatest powers that we possess is our mind and our ability to direct our thoughts and actions for our own and others upliftment. Visualizations, affirmations, conscious monitoring of our thoughts are all ways to reprogram our mind to attain lazer sharp focus and to direct our actions in a way that leads to the achievement and acquisition of all that we desire. I hope that these inspiring posts can reach as many individuals as possible and stimulate a global revolution in thinking!!!!!!!
Bravo to you and your site. I’m a firm believer in the power of positivity. Everything in life has two choices; I can or I can’t. Seems kind of useless to choose I can’t in any situation.
I am normally a positive person, but life has been stressful (both good and bad) and negative people have entered my sphere of influence. What I noticed is that I have sunk…I have allowed myself to be unhappy when I should be happy. Yes, I am overwhelmed, but my life is good, I have things to be proud of in myself and I have acheived some goals. I am alive and have been given today to do with as I wish. I need to remember that negative conversations are a choice just as negative thinking is. And if someone always needs to have a more difficult life )when comparing today’s stress with a friend) then I do not need her empathy to feel better about myself. I need to remember that I went through or am going through today’s experience and I can learn something from it but I will never get this moment back. Enjoy it, learn from it or give it away. Life doesn’t give rain checks.
I agree that all unhappiness comes from our mind, low self-esteem, and overall lack of knowledge of what we want in our lives and how to make it happen for ourselves.
I think the solution to this problems can be found in learning how to live from the heart, be more creative in our life, experience more in life and visualize what we want and making that happen.
A good example would be learning to play piano.
The one who doesn’t know how to read music will never be able to play beautifull pieces and feel the message. The more you play(experience new every day) the more your intuition is sharpened and you start feeling music(life) more.
Learning to be positive is also connected from the ability to learn more from life,
feel more, developing yourself as a whole.
I feel that thinking positive is a habit. If u dont have, U need to develop it. There should be desire in ur mind and heart to come out. I personally believe in the quote: “believe in urself, believe in god and believe in believe…..”. When I was in worst situation, I kept learning this quote because I actually waned to come out of all this, and for this I needed to continuously try to think positive. One thing more. Whatever u say the whole day, at the end of the day u r forced to believe that.
