Do you think it is difficult to think positively?
When you try to think positively, do all kinds of negative thoughts fill your mind?
Do you find it difficult to wish yourself good things?
Do you find it difficult to wish yourself success and happiness?
Does your mind refuse to think positively?
Do you feel and believe that success belongs only to other people?
Do you possess such a low self-esteem that you think and believe that you cannot achieve anything in your life?
Do you think positive thinking is useless, unpractical and leads nowhere?
You can change the way you think, but this requires some effort on your part.
You need to replace “cannot” with “can”.
Replace “I will try tomorrow, with I’ll try now”.
Replace the word “impossible” with the word “possible”.
Stop thinking that success belongs to other people. Instead, start hammering into your mind that you too, can achieve success.
If other people can travel, you can too.
If other people have a job, you can too.
If other people are happy, you can too.
If other people have love, you can too.
Expect good things to happen to you.
Believe that good things can happen to you.
Don’t be afraid of failure. If you fail, try again.
Strive to look at the bright side of life.
Dare, do, act, and try.
This is positive thinking and positive attitude.
It shouldn’t be difficult to think positively.

I can remember clearly how difficult it used to be for me to think positively. I had some seriously negative influences as a child and my brain just thought that way first on reaching adulthood. Some days it does, but I’m aware of it enough now that it doesn’t affect the day too much.
There’s much that goes on in our minds that fights against your intentions to think positively and expect good things and outcomes, but it’s worth the journey. It’s so much more freeing to have a positive mindset – there’s less clutter in the mind and not so much noise!
Great advice.
seriously, thinking positively can be hard for some people, especially with people who are “negative by default” like me. my blog title’s even negative because that was my state of mind at the time of launching. anyways i’m a negative person alright, but what i do is use my negativity and turn it into something positive. for me there are a lot of “impossible’s” and “cant’s” but whenever i find something that’s possible and doable, i give it my best. anyways just keep up the good work, you are helping people with what you are writing!
I like this your message especially these,
“If other people can travel, you can too.
If other people have a job, you can too.
If other people are happy, you can too.
If other people have love, you can too.”
I can really relate to it.
thanks
This is a great article for young people, especially. I just think that changing is not easy. But, If people do exert to the utmost, a miracle can happen.
