		<description>From my personal experience, most that say they are leading a spiritual life are not truely doing so but want others to believe that they are.

Those that I think are leading a spiritual life don't talk about or boast about it.  They just do it and you can tell.  It's something that is personal and doesn't need to be talked about.  These are the people that I try to follow.

Everyone has to start meditation-the path to realisation, one day or another.You cannot runaway from it -life after life,there is no option,we take birth for this cause only.Giving alibis will not help.One can start in the most simpler way,earmark whatever little time one can afford.But you shall grow and sustain the practice only if you have set some higher aim ,otherwise you are likely to loose patience and drop on the way.Some understand it easily using their wisdom and intuition but others learn the hard way
