Paramahansa Yogananda on Overcoming Worry
“Everyone needs to let go of his worries and enter into absolute silence every morning and night. At such times, try to persist for one minute at a time without thinking about your problems. Concentrate for several minutes at a time on this inner peace. Next think of some happy incident; dwell on it, and visualize it; mentally relive the pleasant experience over and over again until you have discarded your worries entirely.”
– Paramahansa Yogananda

Yogananda-what a powerful quote. Very powerful for many reasons. Dwelling on worries will bring more worries (Law of Attraction-LOA), thinking about things which are great helps bring in new experiences of great things (LOA), also helps with remember grace and thanks. And lastly meditation during early morning or late evening, bring with it power, calmness, and if done correctly direct witness of God.
Worry is such an antagonist to a happy, productive life! Worry brings in more of what we concentrate on while positive thinking and prayer attract positive results. Where we put our focus is what expands.
