<p>The way you act towards other people can be categorised into three types of behaviour: Passive, Aggressive and Assertive.</p>
<p>If you tend to act passively then you may be seeking to avoid conflict, often at the expense of your own needs.</p>
<p>If you tend to act aggressively, you may go to the other extreme and escalate conflict in an attempt (not always successful) to get your own needs met.</p>
<p>Most people would agree that usually it is best to avoid both these extremes if you can and to act assertively – to express your own needs and wants, not to hide them, but to do so in a way which is reasonable and which allows others the opportunity to communicate their wishes and feelings too.</p>
<p>If you are in a relationship with someone or in a work situation where you feel that your needs are not being met or that the other person is acting in a way which you don’t like, then it will usually be helpful to express your feelings and thoughts to them assertively rather than to conceal them passively or to express them too aggressively.</p>

<p><strong>Here are 10 tips to help you start your day with happiness:</strong></p>
<p>1. Wake up 20 minutes earlier than usual. This will give you some free time in the morning, and reduce rush and stress.</p>
<p>2. After waking up, sit on your bed, and repeat in your mind several times the following sentences, &#8220;Today is a wonderful day. Today is a great day. There is a lot of happiness today&#8221;.</p>
<p>3. Begin your day with the expectation of a great and wonderful day. For at least a little while, don&#8217;t focus on your problems. Just forget your problems, and enjoy the feeling of having a wonderful day, even if you cannot see how this can happen. Most people let their circumstances dictate to them what to think, feel and expect. You can reverse this process. Choose your own thoughts and feelings, irrespective of what is happening in your life. Eventually, if you persevere, your life will change accordingly.</p>
<p>4. Find a few minutes in the morning to stretch and exercise your body.</p>
<p>5. Smile more often, even for no apparent reason. Smiling will make you feel better.</p>

<p><img src="http://www.successconsciousness.com/images/lake-1.jpg" alt="Inspiration" width="292" height="219" hspace="5" align="left" />There are days when we feel inspired, with plenty of ideas of what to do, how to improve our life, our business or our relationships. At these times we also feel full with the energy and desire to make things happen. At other times we lack inspiration and feel empty, with no ideas, no creativity, and no zest.</p>
<p>What do you do when you don&#8217;t feel the pulse of inspiration throbbing within you?</p>
<p>What does a writer do, when he or she are not inspired?</p>
<p>What do you if you are a schoolboy, a student, a worker, or a manger of your company, when everything seems boring and heavy?</p>
<p>We all have days when need some inspiration, when we need passion and creativity.</p>
<p>Here is a short guide for inspiration for anyone who experiences lack of inspiration and creativity. The inspiration tips in this short guide might not work the same way for everyone, but you can try them. What works for one does not necessarily work for another; you will never know that for sure until you try.</p>
<p>Before I give you these inspiration tips, let&#8217;s talk a little about inspiration.</p>
<p><strong>What Is Inspiration?</strong></p>

<li>It is state when your consciousness and awareness open up to higher vibrations.</li>
<li>It is when your mind is open to receive new ideas.</li>
<li>It is creativity expressing itself through your mind and your soul.</li>
<li>Being inspired means to be positive.</li>
<li>It is a beautiful feeling of happiness and contentment.</li>
<li>It is a time when you see the solutions to your problems.</li>
<li>Inspiration is sort of energy that makes your mind, soul and body more alive.</li>
<li>It is like being plugged to a positive, uplifting and motivating current of energy.</li>
</ul>
<p>Inspiration can&#8217;t be forced, and sometimes it comes when it is least expected. It is as if some kind of energy or power is breathed into you.</p>
