Building a Prosperity Mindset

By Kenneth McRae

There are many people who believe that wealth and financial freedom comes only through accidents of birth or by being in the right place at the right time with the right business idea and then being lucky enough to be able to successfully see that business idea through to fruition.

With regard to gaining wealth and financial security there often does seem to be an element of what some would describe as “luck” involved in the process, but that kind of “luck” rarely happens to people who have convinced themselves that wealth and financial independence is something that is attainable only by a lucky few.

By allowing this tendency to negative thinking to dominate their thoughts about wealth and money creation, they are effectively cutting themselves off from the incredible potential that is available through the power of positive thinking.

Many eyes glaze over when their attention is drawn to references about positive thinking in relation to wealth and money creation, but the bottom line and well acknowledged truth is that if you think negatively you will attract negativity, and if you think positively you will attract success.

However, training your mind to consistently think positively about money on a deeper – subconscious – level is, while not difficult, something that requires a degree of persistence and conviction.

Almost everyone is aware of the existence of what is called the subconscious mind, but true awareness of the extent of the abilities and potential latent within it, and of how to tap into these latent powers and channel them towards the successful fulfillment of goals is, for the moment, limited to a minority.

Many people may find it difficult to make the connection between wealth creation and the subconscious mind, but that connection most certainly exists. Your subconscious mind controls and directs all aspects of bodily function and repair and has also recorded every single detail of every single moment and incident that has occurred in your entire life, along with the emotions and thoughts that were experienced during these moments and incidents. However the most astounding aspect of the subconscious mind relates to the fact that it represents a microcosm of the universe itself, and consequently contains or has access to all of the power, wisdom, knowledge and potential of the universe.

The Top 10 Steps to Becoming a Millionaire

Dr. Philip E. Humbert

There is perhaps no more important decision than to take charge of your own financial future. We live in a world of opportunity, and yet most Americans are buried in credit card and other debt. We are surrounded by people who are getting rich, but most of us are running in place. If you can read this, you are literate, have a computer, you are part of the “wired generation”. You can become as financially independent as you wish to be. Here are the Top 10 keys to your financial success:

  1. Decide to be financially successful. This is different than wishing, hoping, wanting or even desiring to be rich. Make a commitment that this is going to happen! Financial independence is not an accident or matter of luck, and it usually requires some inconvenience. Have you decided to achieve this goal?
  2. Understand how money works. Most of never studied finance or investing in school. Most of were never even taught to balance a checkbook! To master anything, you have to understand it. Read. Study what successful people do. Take classes.
  3. Master your relationship with money. Some of us spend for excitement, to show off, to prove we can. Some of us are addicted to spending, and some of us are just careless about it. Whatever your relationship with money, understand it and develop a relationship of respect, appreciation and gratitude. Use your money, rather than allowing it to run your life.
  4. Set specific goals. They should be challenging, but not unbelievable, just out of reach but not out of sight. Challenge yourself to be out of debt by a specific date. Make a commitment to saving an exact amount each month.
  5. Develop a budget. A budget is a set of dreams and aspirations. It’s how you really, really want to use money to benefit your family and run your life. Budget to buy the things you really want, and to eliminate the “impulses”, the toys that waste too much of our income. A budget is a map to your destination. Have one and use it!

Can Thoughts About Riches Make You Rich?

By Remez Sasson

Do you believe that thinking about riches and wealth can make you rich and wealthy? Do you believe that a few affirmations and a few minutes of visualization would attract a lot of money into your bank account?

You certainly have come across programs promising wealth and riches in a short time, with hardly any effort on your part. How real are these programs and promises?

You can make changes in your life and you can attract money with the power of your thoughts and with visualization, but this does not mean that you can achieve everything. Theoretically you can, but practically there are limitations. It is not that the power of thoughts is limited. It is we who impose limitations on our desires and achievements, through our beliefs and through our attitude.

The question is, are you really willing to become a multimillionaire?

  • Are you equipped with all necessary trait characters and abilities?
  • Is there something specific you want to excel in?
  • Are you willing to devote your time and energy to business?
  • Can you run a company?
  • Do you really want to run a company, with all the responsibilities this entails?

Many of you would probably say no, become uncomfortable with these questions or just ignore them. It is one thing to desire to be rich or daydream about it, and another thing to do really work toward achieving wealth and riches. You can be rich if you follow certain mental laws and actions, but you should be willing to invest time and effort where necessary, spend money to gain the necessary information, education or help, and be willing to follow whatever it takes to accomplish your goal. But how many people would be really willing to do so?
