Affirmations and Weight Loss

How quickly you can resolve a resistant issue depends on the issue, how deeply held the belief is, and how determined you are to bring about change in that area of your life. The latter is perhaps the most important of all. The more determined and prepared you are, the quicker those changes will come. Some people make significant changes in their beliefs right away, while others struggle for years. Once you’re prepared to embrace and accept a change that you believe to be right for you, that change will begin to happen.

One way to overcome embedded behavior and deep resistance is through the use of positive daily affirmations., short positive statements targeted at a specific subconscious set of beliefs.
