What is an eBook?
An eBook, or electronic book, is a digital book that you download to your computer and read on the screen. Our ebooks are in PDF format, and require Adobe Reader to be installed on the computer where you read the ebook. Adobe reader is a free software and is installed on most computers. If it is not already installed on your computer, you can download it from:

Can I download the ebook to my computer, or do I need to read it online?
After purchase you will receive the download link, to download and store the ebook on your computer. You do not need to be online to read it.

Do the eBooks have an expiration date?
There is no time limit for the eBooks. Your eBook will remain on your computer and available for unlimited viewing unless you delete it.

Why should I read eBooks?
There are a number of advantages to reading eBooks. First, you start reading them immediately, without having to wait for the title to be shipped to you. You can take them with you anywhere on your laptop, they have a table of contents, like an ordinary book, and they also offer features like highlighting and search. Furthermore, you don't pay any shipping fees, and if you lose an eBook, we can replace it (after sending us your request, name of the ebook and your order number).

After I purchase, can I copy or print an eBook?
You cannot copy and paste pages or excerpts from the ebook, but you can print one copy of the eBook for your personal use.

Do I have to pay shipping and handling charges for eBooks?
No. You do not have to pay shipping and handling charges for eBooks.

Can I pay for an eBook with a check?
No. eBooks can only be purchased with a credit card or through PayPal at this time.

How long will it take to download an eBook?
The download time depends on the size of the eBook you order, and on the speed of the modem on your computer. This may take from a few seconds to several minutes.

What if I have trouble downloading an eBook?
If you have trouble downloading an eBook, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Will I need to activate the eBook before reading it?
No, you will not have to activate your eBook.

What happens when I place my order?
Once you submit your order and the transaction is approved, you will be automatically directed to a page with the download link/s. You will also receive an email confirmation with the download link/s.

Can I download the eBook/s immediately after purchase?
Yes, you will be able to download the ebook/s immediately after purchase.

How long will my download link be valid?
The download link is set to expire after a fixed time limit, which is quite sufficient to download the ebook/s. However, you are advised to download the ebook/s immediately. If for any reason the link expires before you were able to download the eBook/s, please email us quoting your order number, and we will be happy to send you a new link.

How do I receive the bonus products that come with the eBook?
You will receive the download links of the bonuses, if there are any, with your eBook, after purchase.

What is the return policy for eBooks?
eBooks are non-returnable. However, if you are having technical difficulties, please contact us for help.

I have Adobe Reader installed, and yet I am unable to open and read the eBook.
