Before the crash of 08, Peter was doing fairly well financially, making quite a lot of money via real estate, stock market and Forex. He had also put money in a number of investments / small businesses that were supposed to bring in a passive income monthly or after a certain period, a lump sum amount. A number of so called friends who were not doing so well, lost jobs, couldn’t pay school fees / rent etc. borrowed money from Peter.

In July 2008 Peter took out a $70,000/- loan, at around 14% interest, from one of the prominent banks, with the intention of investing it in his business, but before he did so a “friend” asked for a short term loan, of the same amount, and would return the same plus 10%, within a couple of months, good deal thought Peter. In October the check, for $75k, bounced, although around 40% has been paid back in varying amounts he is still owed around $38,000/-. To cut a long story short the borrower has told Peter that they are not going to pay him back. Some-where around this time, Peter’s income dropped to zero and remains so to this day.

From another investment, in 2005, of around $20,000/-, which was to give an R.O.I. of around $3,00/- monthly only $4,000/- was ever received. Approximately 6 months ago Peter managed to locate & contact the investors’ wife, currently residing in a villa costing over $25,000/- per year, and informed her that he was experiencing financial difficulties, after a long conversation he was told that if he wants his money back he should take her to court.

There are numerous other outstanding loans with various people of, $12k, $6k $3k, $1.5k, all the way down to $250/- no-one is paying, or making any attempt to pay. With zero income Peter is facing imminent evection from his flat, he has no money to pay for water / electricity , his car is un-registered, so he can’t use it and to cap it all his visa ran out a while ago and so he is now accumulating a $30/- per day immigration fine. The bank loan towards which over $33,000/- has been paid is now up over $55.000/- and the bank, obviously, is looking to recover their money also.

Peter is owed over $110,000/- as we speak with debts of $80,000/-. Peter apparently has opportunities to take up short term contracts in the MENA region which can bring him in a fairly substantial income, allowing him to pay off the debts he has incurred within approximately the next 12 months, however being unable to pay off the immigration fine, which increases daily, does not allow him to take up these employment opportunities.

If anyone reading this has any suggestions on how to turn this around, we’d be eternally grateful.]]>

So what about this attitude? Attitude is revealed in the time we take to talk to other people and how we react to situations. How would you react if people will give you a cold shoulder & decline to communicate with you? A lot would be moody and whiney but you don’t have to.

People who are ready for success don’t require someone to encourage them constantly. They can boost up themselves when it is needed. And we should never expect things to happen the way we would like them to be because problems can always crop up – we just have to be ready for the best and expect the worst.

Anyone wanting to build a successful business should have the right attitude. And we don’t have to get someone to remind us for that. In the dark quietness of the night, we can fight our own war & rise up from the challenge.

I'm new to these forums, and I'm not really sure what they're all about yet, but positive attitude can never be a bad thing, so I decided to join.

I am currently going through a very hard and confusing break up with my long term boyfriend. Though, I'm only young, he was my first love and he still means a lot to me. I learned when he broke up with me that maybe I wasn't happy either, because we both had different views of what roles people should play in a relationship and he is just not emotionally or generally mature enough for me.

I have hopes that one day we will be able to be on the same level, but right now, I'm struggling to push through this. We have decided we want to stay friends, but I think he is abusing that agreement by talking to me every day and I've told him I needed space if he wanted me to get over it. Anyway, strangers on the internet don't need to know everything about my situation. I am just trying to make myself feel good about myself, and I did pretty well when he attempted to make me feel guilty for being me and having flaws (I know that's bad, but I figure it's because he wants me to think he's the only guy that is going to love me for me and he's scared because I'm not as upset over this as he thought I'd be).

Point being, I just need advice on how people get over hard times/break ups and how they go about being positive people, who believe in themselves. I've always struggled with self esteem and I am tired of it.

The Whole story is most definitely not contained within the public spectrum, and this makes me question the nature as to why. Why is it that we should be shadowed with lighthearted crap rather than have released the real deal? The answer to this question lies within Religion. Religion is truly the masterpiece of the 3rd Dimension. A full-scale controlling mechanism, a modus for making non-believers feel guilty or fearful, a complete foundation for cultural ties dating back since the dawn of known civilizations, it has entered politics, it has caused wars, and most deliciously of all; people actually believe religion is the ONLY way to talk to God. Nobody is prepared to rock the boat. Its been happening for over 5000 years.

People like me who have incarnated here and dealt with this system for thousands upon thousands of years have finally stumbled across a time to reveal that which shall no longer remain hidden. Gone are the days where we are going to just sit around and watch it happen.

And the result has been amazing: After a couple of days of these lovely affirmations, I was walking back home from a beauty parlour. On the way I unexpectedly bumped into my old dance instructor and we chatted for a while. We had lost touch for more than a year. After that I came back home and was happily chilling when I got a text from him asking if I can handle kids batch in his dance school! I was more than happy to do that. He offered a very good pay as well. He also told me that I can shift my belly dance classes to his studio as well and I need not pay any rent. I was actually looking for a studio to shift my classes but I never had mentioned it to him. He offered it by himself! And finally he asked me to perform for his show on Nov 7th. I am performing four items for the show (I am dance, I am opportunities!!)

I have started a Handwriting Analysis consultancy and coaching centre. I had advertised quite a bit but had got no response. I totally forgot that I was actually looking for clients and students after I started the affirmations. After a day of affirmations I was woken up by a call in the morning. That call was from a person who wanted to enroll her son to handwriting coaching classes! She said she was just passing in front of my house when she happened to see the board I had put up. And she had immediately called me up! I ran to office and enrolled her child. The start of the day couldn’t have been better! (I am possibilities )
Another lovely manifestation followed. I was looking for Nokia E7 Orange for quite some time now. I had searched all over my city and even asked my friends to check in many other cities, including foreign ones. But I was told that it’s out of stock and it was part of a limited edition. But I still kept my hope. Around a week into my affirmations, I was hanging out in a mall with my friends. There was a mobile phones outlet and I felt a great instinct to check in that shop. So I went there and asked for a Nokia E7 Orange. The shopkeeper checked the catalogue, and to my surprise, there was an entry of Nokia E7 Orange!! More surprising part is, this piece had actually come in by mistake and it was just one piece of its kind! He said the model was available but it was still unpacked as it had arrived just then. So he took my contact number and said he’ll call me once they check it for defects and put it up for sale (I am possibilities, I am a miracle!)
