Affirmation to Clear Your Head?
If you've been around the world of self improvement, you may have realized that the subconscious plays a major role (98%) of the results in life, while the conscious only creates about (2%). With that said, beliefs, attitudes, and habits may inflict upon (sabotage) your desired results in life. So when something goes against what you desire, rather than letting it sabotage your mind and life, you can use an affirmation that has a tremendous effect:

I have thoughts, I am not my thoughts. I have feelings, I am not my feelings. I do things, I am not what I do. I am the consciousness in which my thoughts, feelings, and actions show up.

This afirmation takes into account your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and reminds you that your beliefs and habits are the cause of (or dictate) your thoughts feelings and actions, and they are not operating on their own.

RE: Affirmation to Clear Your Head?
nice post. I personally use affirmations and they have made a dramatic improvement in my life.

I like to keep them personal, positive, and in the presence tense. (By positive I am referring to how you construct the affirmation... ex. If I wanted to quit smoking I would say.. I am a non-smoker rather than.. I do not smoke.....

Brian Tracy has a fantastic book that really goes in detail about affirmations.. (The Psychology of Achievement)

I love that affirmation I'd like to offer a few more that I love myself:

"I am good enough as I am."

"I am a whole and complete individual."

"I am capable and competent."

Anyone else have some affirmations they like and wish to share?

Just wanted to say I have always loved that expression & the word deliberate in general. The opposite, imo, is to live on autopilot and live in a fog.
