Collecting meditation techniques
Hi all! I am collecting meditation techniques. If you meditate daily, could you share your technique? I am simply trying to find the best technique for my personal use. Thank you in advance.

Personaly, I use mantra as Compassion or Peace, in sanskrit. I take my mala and I recite again and again until I got a good experience. For example the peace mantra; Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
It helps me to stay calm at the physical level, the emotional level and the mental level.

There is a plenty of them, so you have to find what you really like or what you need. You can ask me if you have no idea.

Teen,

Chopra Center has been doing a 21-day guided meditation challenge (still ongoing) in which they explain and help people to experience different types of meditation (for free). If you have time and inclination, it's worth visiting their website to either experience the meditation practices or read about them. I have personally learned a few more approaches to add to my meditation routine.

Burn an Herbal incense while meditating, An Herbal incense can relieve depression and anxiety naturally, Myriad religious traditions have held to the notion that burning incense is good for the soul and now a new study says it apparently is good for the brain. So if you are meditating then do use an incense during the process.

Always use an Herbal Incense while Meditating.

hmm it is not all that easy to peform meditation, you need to have full concentration towards what you are doing and why you are doing.
