Rainbow Ejoying evey single day for 365 days
I've started this challenge which you may have heard of called the 365 day challenge, where you take a photo of something every day for 365 days. However I decide to make sure I am taking a photo of something positive for the day. I'm only on day 26 but I've found it's helped so much. Normally if I have a bad day at work I sometimes go home & feel sorry for myself. This challenge gets me to snap out of it fast & find something to be appreciative. Also now that I'm consistently look for something positive throughout my day, I'm finding more positive things coming my, which give me a selection of photos to choose.
Things have been great since I've been doing this & imagine what will come when I complete the whole 365 day.
Great things can happen to your life just by being grateful.

Great idea ... errrr ... challenge!

I take photos with my phone and have for over a year now. Not every day, but several a month. It's nice sometimes, to look back over them. Life in pictures. :o)

If you normally have a bad day at work, you could start telling yourself that tomorrow you're going to have a better day at work. When you go to bed at night, say some affirmations before you fall off to sleep. Tell yourself that no matter what, tomorrow you are going to have a good day. When you wake up in the morning, affirm that all is well. Tell yourself that from the time your feet touch the floor, you ARE going to have a good day, and make it so! Believe. Turn the negative into positive.

There's no reason to be lonely, everyday is a new day, new opportunity and a new reason to be happy and enjoy.

Great idea. Maybe I'll try it also. This thing can really help appreciate positive things in life rather than feeling sorry of thinking the negative ones.

You are not going to get life again. so you must enjoy every moment of life. there are chances that at some stage you don't find yourself in a place that is pleasing to yourself. this is a place of uncertainity and you need to work hard to get yourself out of it.

Perhaps you are a musician, a writer, or an artist looking for a creative breakthrough, or a doctoral candidate looking for the perfect thesis. You might even be a twenty-something techno whiz entrepreneur with a brilliant idea for a product or service that will change the world forever. Maybe you just want to figure out how to have more fun.
