Smile Meditation is quite amazing!
It's amazing how meditation can affect your body and mind.

Today I spent many hours in front of my computer and in the evening I was very very tired.

Then I did a meditation session for one hour (self inquiry/Ramana Maharshi) and I feel so spacious and refreshed now. It feels like I've slept like a baby for the whole night.

The session literally rejuvenated my body and mind. Amazing... just cannot describe...

Yes it is. I've been meditating for years and no matter what else I do, I always keep on with my meditations. It just calms me better than anything else can do.

I have been meditating for years, it is very healthy for balancing the human body complex (mind/body/spirit).

RE: Meditation is quite amazing!
Meditation as a practice is an effort to stop the mind from its natural tendency to weave thoughts. In the practice of meditation, you try to relax and then try to focus your mind on a divine form, a sacred sound or a word or phrase as mantra, or you focus on your physical body, breath or thoughts. It is the best way to get relief from depression.

Always use an Herbal Incense while Meditating.
