My friends who were graduated together with me have been upgraded to higher post. I do not know where has gone wrong. I am an ambitious and energetic person.

Those at my office they don't even have a Diploma, but yet they are holding the same position like me. May be I don't have luck working in that company. I've been seeing the boss every year during appraisal to discuss on my career enhancement...unfortunately, excuses after excuses were given. I WANT TO CLIMB UP THE LADDER. I WANT TO BE SOMEBODY...HOWEVER, I AM NOT RECOGNISED. HUH... I am very de-motivated, very frustated. I used to give motivation to my subordinate, but now I don't think I am able to be like one. Promotion list has been out last month. Again, my name was not listed. I don't know what excuses the boss will give this year. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I do understand your frustration Azee. I am an ex-patriot(Australian) and have been living in a country that does not rate high with honesty and integrity as a whole. It is very difficult to work in situations like this. Unless you work for a special company, on the whole, people are not judged on their merit as they are in Australia. Due to the heavy negativity surrounding most work situations here, as it seems where you are, it is really necessary to resort to a Higher Judgement. This you can only do by keeping your OWN thoughts clear. Now that's tough, I know. You obviously feel resentful at this unfairness, but you must try to see everyone in their true spiritual quality of fairness. The more you do this, the more this will be reflected back to you. The hard truth is...it is never the OUTER world. You must always start with you.
If you can keep up these good vibes, you will find two things will happen. Either your boss will suddenly begin to appreciate you for your qualities or you will be lifted out of that environment to a place where you are appreciated. Keep your mind open also. The Universe may open another avenue for you.
I do understand this it isnt easy to not be resentful...but I assure you that is the vibration that is blocking you from your good.
