My big piece on motivation is that motivation requires a motive. What is it that you are going for? If your reason is bigger enough you will do what ever it takes. Another common quote is "The bigger the why, the easier the how". Write down your reasons and focus on them regularly.

absolutly right, there need to be a definite aim in one's life which could let him/her to move and look forward to achieve the goals in life.
