Rainbow Other Secret to Success
Most people who are aspiring for success felt discouraged if they realized that the hard work that they exert produces no result. They feel like quitting when they think that there is no more hope and no other way to succeed. Many people never realized that it only takes to keep on going and going for someone in order to achieve victory.

RE: Other Secret to Success
Most of us through experience realize that hard work simply does not pay.Actually we do work hard to get the right kind of knowledge which produces results. I give the example of Buddha who worked very hard to get truth of life but nothing could satisfied him and in last he got the enlightenment of true knowledge of life through his own self. When I see natural life around me like grass, trees, wind, etc,I find they do not do any hard work and everything is flowing in a natural order then I wonder why we humans are struggling.

In any business..As a manager you have to be a really good listener. You must know your own opinion, but it makes no sense to impose your views on others without any debate. Nobody has a monopoly on good ideas or advice.

RE: Other Secret to Success
Until now, I achieved all my personal goals but I had to make difficult and painful sacrifices. I still have a lot to do in my life to get stability. It is like "I do not have time to be happy".
Maybe the best time is when I watch a movie and I go out of reality. When I sing makes me feel good and relaxed and it has a physiological explanation.
So what makes me happy? I do not know.

RE: Other Secret to Success
As some of you have touched, success is in the eye of the beholder. Some of you set goals to reach your success, some of you look for smiles to measure success, its all the same.

The secret to enjoying the road to success comes from creating efficient goals. If you set yourself up with a goal like "I want to be happy" or "I want a good job" or "I want to have some friends" they, in my opinion, are a procrastinators lazy goal, and really give you no guideline of how to achieve it, or a benchmark that you can reach and say yes, I've got that done, now what. Goals like those clearly show a lack of interest in setting effective goals, and are just a passive attempt at pushing yourself forward.

It is time to step out of that bubble. If your setting those goals, you need to take that piece of paper that you've just written them down on and break it into subsections. Brainstorm key tasks that are required to achieve your bigger goals. and yes, you MUST get specific. It is good to have an overall goal, "I want to make millions" "I want to be famous", but these, like I've already pointed out, are very vague and not direct and to the point. Break these down asking yourself questions like:

1. what do I need to do to find ___?
2. what do I need to do to get ___?
3. How many times a week must I ___?
4. what is my time frame?
5. Is this now a tangible task?

The more tangible your goal is that you set, the more easily you can achieve the goals. If you sit down and think clearly through your goals, you will find many tasks or smaller goals break out and shine, which make achieving them much easier.

Also, when your seeking great goals that you hate going to sleep because it delays your goal quest, the vague goals fall into place. If your doing something that your excited about, your happyness will be there, you will be alive, you will get friends, you will feel good about yourself.

You'll find some more great tips here on the thought process you should attempt when carrying through with these goals: http://www.exerciseandmind.com/thoughtprocess.php

Best of luck. And remember, BE HAPPY! Goals should not be boring. They should make you say LETS GET THIS THING GOING! If its on your short list of goals for more than a week. Scrap it and think of new goals. If you cannot scrap it, break it down into smaller goals. Get crossing them out now! gogogo! Smile

May peace be with you

It is true that goals should get you to jump out of bed and go right to work. It should be a fun process, but only will be fun for two reason.
  • If you believe you can accomplish it...
  • And if it something you are gifted at

You don't necessarily have to be gifted at some to be motivated, but I wouldn't recommend doing things you dislike just because you believe there is a lot a money in it. It takes focused positive thoughts to build belief about what is possible for you.

Things like window shopping, dream boards, dream book writing, watch luxury on TV will boost your believe of building wealth. In a matter of fact, the closer you can get to luxury the faster you will believe it is possible for you.

Visualizing it happening in your life as often as possible will also make you very motivate and excited about your goal. Your mind doesn't know a difference between reality and imagination...so, you are what you think about most of the time.

I think that often when we find ouselves struggling, we are working hard at the wrong thing. We need to work on goals that are in line with our values and the things that we love, that way we won't be pushing so hard against nature.

RE: Other Secret to Success
What one person describes as 'success' may be different from another person's. But ultimately, achieving one's desires is not through working too hard but smarter. In order to work smarter, one has to be clear what goal/or purpose they seek to achieve. It could be better health, relationships, more money, better career prospects, etc. The power of the mind, positive thinking, etc are great but if the goal is ill-defined, so will the actions required to make them happen, and ultimately the results one gets.

Want to be happy?
In this life, like naughty children, we are punished when we do wrong and rewarded when we do the right thing. This is the law of equality, the law of negative and positive and it works inexorably. It is the law of universal balance.
You've had a bad day - then you've been bad. Maybe you don't know the rules you have broken but, be assured, you have broken some rules of rightness. Often you know what you did wrong and you accept it; a night at a wild party, drinking heavily; the next day feeling like death warmed up.
This alerts us early in life to the basic rule. Seeking pleasure results in pain. Every small unwarranted pleasure receives its equivilant in pain. The more we ignore the pain and continue along the path of unwarranted pleasure, then the more the pain increases. If we look closely at life, the more apparent the pleasure/pain relationship becomes.
The cosmos and everthing that we know is an energetic mental thing; matter does not exist when it is looked at closely enough. The law of universal balance recognizes no distinction between matter and energy so a thought carries the same consequences as an action. So the kick-back for unwarranted mental pleasure may result in the same pain as a pleasurable action. We may be aware of only a small percentage of thoughts and actions which causes painful results. Many are buried in the subconscious and frequently we re-enact the painful scenes which were originally the result of these now hidden memories.

Success really comes with lots of patience, hard work and will power. It is the experience of lots of failure. The person who never quits deserve it. So when someone gets demotivate, get himself charged with success stories and short success quotes..

RE: Other Secret to Success
I have found that in life the key to success is confidence, what I mean by that is that if you are confident about your own abilities and your own power you can pretty much achieve anything you want in life.
As long as you have the willpower to follow though on your goals and take the action required, you can make your dreams come true.

To have a goal in life , and to go after that, that is the key to happiness.

Smile RE: Other Secret to Success
Each one of us have different goals and aspirations. We need to make them real so we have to take action, never let fear hold us back.. We have to keep going and going until we reach whatever we want to achieve. Plus, having a right or positive outlook in life, being confident and persistent, success will be definitely within our reach.
