I have recently started reading "The 8th Habit" by Dr. Stephen Covey. Some of you may be familiar with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People - a magnificent book.

"Find your voice and Inspire Others to Find Theirs" - the 8th Habit...

I am only a little way through the book, but I am really enjoying it, because of how strongly it relates to the here and now. Covey details the major problem in organisations today - neither the employee nor employer view the staff from the whole person paradigm (body, heart, mind and soul). By effectively ignoring what makes us so human, companies are not making the most of their employees, and people are denying themselves the power of choice, inspiration and power to unleash their creativity.

According to Covey, finding your voice is when you cross over a talent, your conscience, a need for your talent, and passion. By doing this and inspiring (which literally means "to breathe life into") others to find theirs, things can take on a quantum change in society. I feel this personally because I believe I am doing this almost every day. The book is so timely for me, and I would highly - highly recommend it to anyone else- you do not need to read the 7 Habits to get this (although that too is awesome)...

Thanks for sharing this one, Sukh. Actually, I've started reading the 7 Habits but I'm not halfway yet. LOL. Since I'm quite busy writing my own ebook. But I'll try to finish it if I got time.
