Are you a victim of negative thinking? Do you feel upset, down, disappointed or frustrated? Do you find yourself thinking on problems, failure, obstacles or bad health? Do you worry a lot?
If you let negative thoughts invade into your mind, you are actually surrendering your mastery over your life. You are letting these negative thoughts rule your life. Just consider how much time and energy you spend on worries, fears or anxiety! It is just wasted time and energy.
If you do nothing to prevent negative thinking, its power over you will grow, which means that you will expect failure and problems, and therefore will not try to improve your life.
The best way to prevent negative thinking is to focus on its opposite, on positive thinking. Don’t fight your negative thoughts, because this means you will focus on them, making them stronger. Better focus on solutions, on finding a way out, on positive mental images and on doing things and taking action.

Ophiel ( Edward c. Peach )was an occultist and teacher, who taught and wrote about esotericism and the occult during the 1960 – 70’s. His books focus on the practical side of the occult, and are like a precious gold mine of practical information and instructions.
I have read most of ophiel’s books several times, many years ago, and though his style is somewhat unusual, he delivers his message quite clearly.
Ophiel gained his knowledge through experiments and practical work. He said that because he was not a member of any group or fraternity, he was not sworn to secrecy, and therefore could reveal all the secrets and laws concerning the occult and magic, the subjects about which he wrote.

You can start improving the quality of your life right now. Even small things count, such as going to sleep earlier at night, waking up earlier in the morning, or reducing the time you spend in front of the TV.
Money can certainly improve the quality of your life, and finding a more rewarding job might be on your list, but there are many other things you can do to improve your life, health, relationships or peace of mind.
The first step is to look at your life and find out what actions you can take right now to transform and improve your life. There are things you can do right now, which will affect your life immediately.
It is not enough to arrive to a decision to take a certain action, you have to follow your decision, and here is the difficulty. Most people don’t have the inner strength to follow their decisions, and this brings frustration and disappointment. To carry on your decision about anything, you need will power and self discipline, which will keep you on the track. Will power and self discipline are not so difficult to develop, actually, this can be fun and very rewarding, and you don’t have to harsh on yourself to develop them as you might think.

William Walker Atkinson was a prolific writer, who is well known for his books on the power of the mind and using it to achieve success. Though his books were written in the early years of the twentieth century, they are still popular up to this day.
William Walker Atkinson was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on December 5 1862 and passed away on November 22 1932. He was an influential figure in the early days of the New Thought Movement, and for a certain period of time edited a magazine by this name. He was an attorney, publisher, author and occultist. In some of his books he used his name as the author, and in others he used pseudonyms, such as Theron Q. Dumont and Yogi Ramacharaka.
I have become acquainted with the books of William Walker Atkinson many years ago, and have learned a great deal from them. I like his books for their practical approach, clear instructions and for their inspiration and motivation. His language is simple, well understood and to the point. I have read his books many times, each time new truths were revealed, which were not perceived in the previous reading.

Mouni Sadhu was an occultist, a spiritual teacher and author, who lived in the 20th century. He was born in 1897, some sources stating Poland as his place of birth, while others say he was born in Russia.
Mouni Sadhu studied and practiced occultism and magic for years, but after reading Paul Brunton’s book, “A search in Secret India”, his focus in life changed. He was fascinated by Paul Brunton’s account about his meeting and conversation with the Indian sage Sri Ramana Maharshi, and from then on, he developed a strong interest in the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, aiming to self-realization.
Mouni Sadhu discovered Sri Ramana maharshi’s teaching at the time he was living in Paris, but after some time, in 1946 he moved to Brazil, finally settling in Australia in 1948.
In 1949 Mouni Sadhu visited Sri Ramana Maharshi at his ashram in Tiruvannamalai, where his spiritual quest reached its heights. He later narrated his experiences at the ashram in his book “In Days of Peace”.
