I am happy to announce that I have finished writing my new book, “How to Focus Your Mind”, and it is now available from this website.
The skill of concentration has always been one of my favorite subjects. My interest in this subject has started many years ago. I have read every book and article I could find about this topic, and also practiced various exercises for focusing the mind.
I have already written quite a few articles about the power of concentration, so there is no need to repeat what is concentration, and how important it is in all areas of life.
There are so many distractions in everyone’s life that prevent focusing the mind on one thought or thing for more than a few seconds.
To be able to focus your mind for longer periods of time, and to increase the attention span, some mental training is required, and this is exactly what this book is about.
This book provides tips, instructions and most importantly, exercises for developing focus and concentration.
I wanted to write a book that would appeal to both beginners and experienced people, something simple and not complicated, but also most effective.
At first, my intention was to write a small book of about thirty pages, but in the end, it grew to be three times more.
