The Nonduality philosophy says that there is just One Eternal Spirit in existence, and that everything in the Universe was created by it and is an inseparable part of it. It says that any separateness is an illusion of the mind.
Nonduality speaks of the Oneness of Being, and aims at becoming aware of this Oneness. In the East, this philosophy is known as Advaita Vedanta.
